All-Around Performance with Strong Level 6 Floor Routine Put to Non-Compulsory Music

This routine, which scored 9.550, shows some excellent skill elements. While we know that the gymnast did not use this music while competing, it is a good idea sometimes, in practice to use other music for Compulsory gymnasts to practice to. Have to give a small personal cheer for the leg-up back walkover.

This gymnast, in general shows good leg form, but is stiff in the shoulders and back on her skills. Gymnasts should be going for 180 degrees plus on every leap and jump. Most common mistake on back tucks is to throw the head.

A Very Strong Level 6 Floor Routine
