The Serenity Prayer
God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

- Who is in Meets (except home meets)
- Whether Life is Fair

- Their Attitude
- Their Energy

Gymnasts, Parents and Coaches Should Change What They Can
Gymnasts, parents and coaches should change what they can and forget the rest. There are so many things that can be done, changed or improved to enhance a gymnast’s performance, experience and career. Time wasted on anxiety, worry or holding on to the past and what cannot be changed is a waste of time.
