Definition: Handspring Front Layout with Triple Twist Vault

Handspring Front Layout with Triple Twist Vault: This vault was first done in international competition at 2011 Korea Cup by South Korea’s Hak Seon Yang. The new vault is currently the most difficult vault being done and is currently rated a 7.4 in difficulty. The vault is performed as a front handspring, front layout vault with 3 twists.

The interviews and dialog are not in English, but the video of the vault is shown at :47 of the 1:36 video clip. It is executed with a high degree of precision and control for such a difficult and new vault.
