18 Ways to Build Discipline at Every Practice
- Do homework assignments.
- Arrive on time.
- Show respect to gym upon entering.
- Find and Report to coach upon arrival.

- Stand in an attentive position whenever waiting or listening to coach.

5 Gym Chores That Build Discipline
- Wax on, wax off. Perform Gym chores and cleaning. You and your group may have assigned cleaning and tasks to complete daily. Check the chart for your duties and perform them conscientiously. These are an important part of your training and discipline.
- Never litter in gym.
- Always pick up any trash you see in gym and throw it away.
- Clean up and straighten up gym whenever and wherever you see it needs it.
- Always put away any mats/equipment immediately after you are finished using them or whenever you see they need to be put away.
