An Interesting Montage of Level 6 Routines
All-Around Performance with Strong Level 6 Floor Routine Put to Non-Compulsory Music
This routine, which scored 9.550, shows some excellent skill elements. While we know that the gymnast did not use this music while competing, it is a good idea sometimes, in practice to use other music for Compulsory gymnasts to practice to. Have to give a small personal cheer for the leg-up back walkover.
This gymnast, in general shows good leg form, but is stiff in the shoulders and back on her skills. Gymnasts should be going for 180 degrees plus on every leap and jump. Most common mistake on back tucks is to throw the head.
A Very Strong Level 6 Floor Routine
This routine shows some excellent skill elements.
A Fairly Aggressive Example of Level 6 Bars
Decent routine with above average cast height but not such excellent body shaping.
Level 6 Bar Routine
This is a example of what a Level 6 bar routine with minimal cast but reasonably good form and body shaping looks like.
Super Clean Level 6 Beam – A Real Contender
Clean Level 6 beam routine with some aggressive skills.
Level 6 Vault Example
Had to have at least one example of a Level 6 vault. This style of vault demonstrates fairly good block and rise off the vault table, but with noticeable piking off.
