Gymnastics Coaches and Instructor Responsibilities

To develop and run world class training program to continuously produce local, state regional, national and international level competitors and champions.
To identify, recruit and train potential team prospects.
To develop and research ideal training program.
To codify program and track and evaluate.
To provide unlimited gymnastic opportunities for gymnasts, training and competition for every level.
To maintain national and international level coaching skills.

Feed Gymnasts into the System
Our gym will best succeed when we get as many as possible, as young as possible gymnasts into our gymnastics instruction programs.  We want to keep them for as many years as possible in ever increasingly higher level and higher time commitments in our higher priced programs.

Work to Improve Every Gymnast – They Might Become the Best
It is your responsibility to work at improving each gymnast in the program and keeping them in the program so they may reach their highest level of potential.

Create a Positive Gym Environment
Greet each student and parent you see in the gym with a smile.

Set Agreed Upon Written Gym Goals
Set written summer, fall and competition season team goals.  Post the team goals.

Set Individual Goals for Team Gymnasts
Your gymnastics instruction program should include setting written individual optional gymnast goals.  Share individual goals with gymnast and parent.  Agree on goals.  Set individual target dates and goals to be accomplished.
