Mission Statement

There is a dearth of current training information organized and available for parents, gymnasts, coaches and everyone else in the sport.  We plan to bridge that gap.

For team and recreational gymnasts, we plan to provide the information that they would hear if an Elite International coach sat down with them on a one-to-one basis and explained everything about their training program to them.

For parents, we plan to provide information necessary for parents to make good decisions about their gymnasts participation in the sport and information about they can do and should do (and should not do) to help their gymnasts enjoy their participation in the sport

There is no place in this country where coaches and instructors can go to learn everything they need to know about coaching the sport of gymnastics.  Because of this, too many coaches teach the way they were taught or the way they have seen other coaches teach without any real basis for the true effectiveness of those coaching methods.  We plan to provide all the information coaches will need to run an effective team training program.

Non-profit organizations are important to the funding of effective team programs.  There is a lot of misinformation and misguided effort involved in most gymnastics non-profit organizations.  There is also a lot of reinventing the wheel.  We plan to provide sound strategies and theories for the creation and implementation of successful non-profit fundraising organizations.

Cheerleaders and cheerleading are beginning to benefit from the kind of intense training gymnasts have been doing for years in preparation for Cheerleading competitions.  We plan to provide training programs and information for preparing them to be successful in competition.

Gymnastics judges are sometimes the most unpopular members of the gymnastics community.  They are viewed as a necessary evil for running gymnastics meets.  Other than in the somewhat rare case where a judge is currently or has been a coach or gymnast, judges have much less experience in the gym than either coaches or the gymnasts they judge.  We plan to provide judges with the perspectives of experienced gymnasts and coaches and products that can aid judges in improving their judging skills.
