Gymnasts of all levels should keep track of their accomplishments.
Doing that serves two puproses. One, it is easy to forget your progress
over a long period of time and it is fun and therapeutic to look back at
how far you have come sometimes. For competitive gymnasts, there
are times (like when applying for college scholarships) when you will want
to have a list of your accomplishments. This Microsoft Excel spreadsheet
provides both a resum' and list of accomplishments for you to use.
