Complete Summer Camp Price Information

Carter's Gymnastics Academy (where we host our camps) is moving to a brand new custom designed facility, but due to construction delay and the subsequent conflicting timing of our move, we are forced to cancel camps for this summer. 

The original move in date was supposed to be May 1, 2008, but the gym is now scheduled to be finished by "Julyish" - a term we had never heard before and that gives no real ability to plan the move and camps.  We would be unable to guarantee that when the camp dates arrive this summer that we would not be in the middle of a move and/or that the gym equipment would be set up and the pits full by the camp date.  We don't even know that we will be in the gym before school starts (it starts in August in AZ).

We had great plans for our camp this summer.  Personally, I have been working toward becoming the world's foremost gymnastics sports hypnotist and was looking forward to sharing some amazingly successful new sport hypnosis psychology strategies with the camp participants.

We are very much committed to a policy of underpromising and overdelivering to our customers and in this case we might not have been able to deliver at all.  Even a small risk of this is unacceptable to us and we have decided to do the right thing for our customers and give up any profits we might have made from summer camps for this year and avoid the possibility of disappointing gymnasts and parents later in the summer.  

We are planning to run a camp in the new facility between Christmas and New Years, but we will not make final plans until we are already in the new facility.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience our camp cancellation may have caused for you even though we had no control over the construction problems.  We hope to see your gymnast at one of our future camps or clinics.  Again, we apologize for the inconvenience that this causes you but the circumstances are beyond our control.

The Gymnastics Training Camp is primarily a training camp, not a residence camp.  Food, lodging and transportation are the responsibility of each gymnast's family.

Payment Procedures
Provided space is available, registration will be accepted until check-in time for each session
Registration postmarked before May 1st must include a $175.00 deposit per week, after May 1st payment is due in full.
Total payment is due in full by July 3 in form of money order, personnel check, travelers’ check, or major credit card through PayPal

Refund Polices
We will be happy to switch your camp session (according to available space) if for any reason you are unable to attend your originally scheduled camp session. 

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING
Written cancellations received a minimum of two weeks prior to your scheduled check-in date will receive a refund of all money paid less a $100.00 processing fee. There will be no refund after check-in of your scheduled camp session(s).

Individual Gymnast Rate
$800.00 for two weeks of training 
(Deposit = $300.00, Balance Due = $500.00)

$425.00 for one week of training
(Deposit = $175.00, Balance Due = $250.00)

Family Rates:
Two Gymnasts from same family for one week - $800.00
(Deposit = $300.00, Balance Due = $500.00)

Three Gymnasts from same family for one week - $1175.00
(Deposit = $425.00, Balance Due = $750.00)

Two Gymnasts from same family for two weeks - $1550.00
(Deposit = $550.00, Balance Due = $1000.00)

Three Gymnasts from same family for two weeks - $2300.00
