Steps to Enrolling in Camp
1. Pay Fee Online or Mail with Registration
2. Print Out Registration and Mail
3. Make Travel Arrangements and Reservations
4. Check your gymnast's insurance and make sure it is current
5. Arrange to get your doctor to help fill Out Medical
Form and Mail or bring to camp
(May not participate in camp without medical form)
6. Fill Out Liability Waiver and Mail
